Enjoy the Hammer & Nails Gala on Saturday, April 17th, 2027 at the Crow River Winery
The phrase, "It Takes a Village..." is often used when describing what is required to raise a family. The people in and outside of the immediate household that come into our lives and makes things just a little easier: People who care for our children during an illness, loan their skills for house projects, or offer to go for coffee when you need to talk.
There are multiple people throughout McLeod County who are currently living without their village; adults who work hard to gain an easier life for themselves and their families but are still somehow losing a little bit more each month. Crow River Habitat for Humanity works with their supporters and volunteers to be that Village. To be the people who use their time and skills to build up the frame for a new home, cook a homemade meal, move furniture, or offer a word of prayer and encourgment.
The theme for the 2027 Gala is "Building Community Brick by Brick," an evening for all who believe in the power of affordable housing to celebrate the Community that's been build over 30 years throughout McLeod County and to show appreciate to the bricks that have been laid for every Partner Family. Will you come and be a part of this celebration on April 17th? To partake in dinner, drinks, dancing and a couple of other surprises at the Crow River Winery?
